Play Director

Natalia Blondet serves as the Play Director for Brookside Community Development Corporation. She is responsible for the growth, quality, and development of youth programming. Natalia’s primary responsibility as Play Director is to manage the day-to-day operations of Play programming. As Play Director, she strives to create a culture that fosters an atmosphere of fun and engagement for children, parents, and volunteers.

Natalia is the daughter of hard-working parents from Mexico, and like her parents, Natalia values education, leadership, and taking care of the community that she lives in. However, her most beloved roles are that of a wife, mother to her three children, and a servant leader. Before becoming the Play Director, Natalia taught character development and faith building classes at Legacy Christian School. After ten years in education, she became an Executive Director at The Mustard Seed of Central Indiana. Natalia received a degree in Childhood Education and Teaching at Purdue and a Practical Ministry degree at Living Stones Bible College.

“When you have a relationship with Jesus, there is transforming power, and that transforming power is not just something for yourself, it’s supposed to have a domino effect with your children, spouse, and community. If we really want to see change, we have to start with the family, and from each family changing there is a radical expression of Christ love in the community.”, Natalia says.
