Andrew started Brookside Community Play in 2016 because of a desire to see this city’s children and youth experience high-quality, gospel-centered after school and summertime programs. Currently, he leads the vision and mission of the initiative and also directs the fundraising operations of Brookside Community Development Corporation. Andrew and his wife, Dani, have three wonderful and crazy boys.
Natalia serves as the Play Director for Brookside Community Play. She is responsible for the growth, quality, and development of youth programming. Natalia’s primary responsibility as Play Director is to manage the day-to-day operations of Play programming.
Simba serves as the Program Coordinator for Brookside Community Play’s multiple programs. He takes a lead role in the creation and execution of programs such as Summer Play, Play Camps, After School Play, and the Education & Employment Academy. Simba loves building relationships with the kids we serve and is passionate about getting new volunteers plugged into serving opportunities.
In her role as Family Engagement Coordinator, Sara walks alongside our Play families to help them dream, plan, and reach goals. Sara graduated from Cedarville University with a degree in Social Work. In her free time, she loves to do anything outdoors. Fun Fact: Sara played soccer in college and is known for scoring 3,897,921 goals.
