ABOUT OUR PROGRAM

In 2018, we launched our first ever series of summertime day camps called "Play Camps". Research shows that summer camps can help a child learn and grow academically, mentally, physically, and even socially.

When your child attends one of our Play Camps, you can be sure that they are learning and playing in a safe place. Through our philosophy of play-based youth development, we're seeing K-6th grade students develop socio-emotionally, learn about possible career opportunities, and experience caring adult relationships.

Just like our other Play programs, Play Camps is free of charge! We run three, one-week day camps throughout the summer. These camps are available for all children entering K-6th grade. Each week we will explore a different play-based theme like sports, STEM, or the arts. The program runs from 10am-1pm at Brookside Community Church and includes lunch. Transportation is not provided, so families will need to coordinate their own drop-off/pick-up.
